Last week at the gym I felt sooooo defeated, which I shared on snapchat. The treadmill called me a FAILURE. I was shocked and sad. What happen is I usually go for the fat burner that consist of 15 being the highest the machine goes up trying to mimic a hill at no more then 3.6-4 speed for about 30-45 minutes. Boy let me tell you I slowed down a good few times.
Not being a professional I was running sipping on prework out. I know now pre workout is for weights. 😉 but at the time as my thighs burned for attention of scratching every 5minutes.
